**NOTE: The information and story line in this post are no longer accurate. This post is now void, and I deleted a chunk of it. The synopsis below is also not true anymore. Sorry for the weird inconvenience**
About two months in the making, and
Here they are!! The first IV chapters of my story, UNFORGIVABLES.
Here is the Synopsis, and I will most likely edit it to fit the main body of the story soon, this is an early copy of the Synopsis:
After the USA uses a genetic serum they believe will cure cancer on all of their inhabitants, the world is in ruins. The Japanese, got the same serum, but knew that it was only for the military. After wiping out the USA population, the serum stays in the new generation, slowly evolving. They get too cocky, and are defeated when faces by the Fates. Yes, the same Fates in the legends of the Greeks. Except, the number is wrong. Instead of two or three fates, there are twenty-six total. Referred to as the Unforgivables, they are always watching over us, waiting for us in our time of need. They are trying to save this world from destruction.
Clark was born to a family, well-known of because of his father. Being the best lawyer in the whole area should amount to something. If not, going home to a moderate house, to a beautiful wife and two kids should as well. When his parents get in a fight one day, Clark's life is forever changed as he is taken from his mother and sister to live with his father. He assumes that they will move into a dump of a place, but instead they move into a mansion, owned by the richest man in the nation. Follow his journey through his life, into the ultimate battle of his generation, and almost die trying to find who he is supposed to be.
Here is an Excerpt, also subject to change:
"...A seemingly small army; composed of no more than twenty-six kids. Half were girls, the other half were boys. The army, if they were able to feel would have laughed; they were just kids trying to defeat the most powerful force in the world. They wouldn’t know what they were up against.
On the contrary; the kids were more powerful than the serum would make a man if it were twenty times stronger than it was. The kids had certain powers. They were referred to in mythology as the Fates; always in a pair, a boy and a girl with the same power to control the fate of the people in the world. The only thing the books got wrong was the number, for they only manifested themselves only when utterly necessary. This was one of the only times they were all seen together. They approached the army, and sent a message to them, requesting their surrender. The army would have none of it, believing that the only way to solve their problem was through fighting---“
“But Uncle fighting is never the solution,” one of the kids says, “Mom always says that with calm words rather than sharp swords are wars won.”
“Which is true, the army just didn’t understand it like you guys do.” Clark says, sitting up a bit.
“Then they were stupid.”
“They were just doing what they thought was right, remember they had their thoughts clouded by a serum. They had almost no control of what they did.”...."
